Terms, Assumption of Risk, & Commercial Release

1. Purpose & Event Description

This Agreement covers attendance, participation, and presence at the launch event, promotional photoshoot, video production, and associated activities ("Event") hosted by the Event Host/Organizer ("Host") at the firearms range facility ("Facility").

2. Firearms Range Assumption of Risk & Safety Compliance

I understand that entering a shooting range and participating in firearm-related activities involves severe, unavoidable risks. These risks include, but are not limited to:

Accidental discharge of firearms, ricochets, projectile fragments, and flying hot brass or debris.

Permanent bodily injury, paralysis, hearing impairment, visual trauma, or death.

Inhalation and exposure to airborne lead, toxic heavy metals, combustion gases, and chemical residues.

Actions, errors, or negligence of other participants, instructors, Range Safety Officers (RSOs), or staff.

I confirm I am not legally disqualified under federal, state, or local laws from handling, possessing, or being near firearms. I agree to adhere strictly to all Facility guidelines, commands from Range Safety Officers, and event safety protocols at all times.

3. Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims & Indemnification

In consideration of being allowed entry and participation in the Event, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless the Host, Facility owners, sponsors, photographers, videographers, affiliates, and representatives ("Released Parties") from any and all claims, liabilities, lawsuits, or damages arising out of injury, death, or property loss. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any damages, losses, or legal costs resulting from my participation or actions.

4. Media, Commercial Marketing & Likeness Release

I understand that photography and video recording will take place during the Event. In consideration for my participation:

Grant of Rights: I irrevocably grant the Host and its successors the worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free right to capture, edit, broadcast, display, and publish my name, voice, image, and likeness.

Permitted Uses: Content may be used across all media formats (including websites, social media, print ads, digital marketing, packaging, and press materials) for commercial and promotional purposes.

Waiver: I waive all rights to inspect or approve finished content, assert claims of copyright or privacy violation, or receive any financial royalties or additional compensation.
