Order Processing Time
All items are made to order.
Orders are processed within 48–72 hours (2–3 business days) from the time of purchase.
Processing time does not include shipping time.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping Method & Delivery
We currently ship within the United States using trusted carriers such as UPS (carrier subject to change based on operational needs).
Shipping rates are calculated as a flat rate at checkout.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier operations.
While most shipments arrive within standard carrier timeframes, The KOATure does not guarantee delivery dates.
Delays may occur due to:

Shipping Address Accuracy (Customer Responsibility)
Customers are fully responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.
The KOATure is not responsible for:

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Orders shipped to the wrong address due to customer error
If an order is returned due to an invalid address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.
P.O. Boxes
At this time, P.O. Box addresses are not accepted.
Customers must provide a valid residential or commercial shipping address.
Tracking & Delivery Confirmation
Once your package is shipped, a tracking number will be provided.
It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor the shipment and ensure receipt of the package.
Signature Confirmation (High-Value Orders)
For certain orders, signature confirmation may be required upon delivery.
This requirement is determined at the sole discretion of The KOATure based on order value, risk factors, or operational considerations.
Failure to complete signature confirmation may result in delays or returned shipments.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, The KOATure is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
We recommend:

The KOATure is not liable for delays caused by carriers or external factors outside of our control.
